This award was named in honor of Donald Peck on June 9, 1983. Don served the league admirably as a coach and member of the Board of Directors until his untimely death on March 2, 1983 at the age of 34.

The Donald Peck Memorial Award is presented annually at the All-Star Banquet to a recipient involved with the Charlton Little League who has demonstrated above and beyond dedication to the players and to this league.
