FREE Batting Cages

We will once again be offering FREE batting cages at Energy Athletics in Worcester starting Tuesday, January 5, and running through Thursday, April 1. Come in and work on your swing and get ready for the spring season.

~ Ages 7-9 on Tuesdays from 5:30pm - 6:30pm (starts January 5)
~ Ages 10-12 on Thursdays from 5pm - 6pm (starts January 7)

Due to COVID-19 restrictions there will be some changes to how we have done things in the past. Please follow these guidelines whenever you attend:
⚾ All players and coaches must wear a mask at all times while attending
⚾ Only coaches who will be throwing batting practice will be allowed in the cages
⚾ Parents will not be allowed in the cages. Parents must wait in their vehicle, or a limited amount may wait in the waiting room
⚾ Players must use their own helmets and bats as there is to be no sharing of equipment
⚾ Players will only be able to attend the night assigned to their age group
⚾ Please follow all current State and CDC guidelines if anyone in your household has traveled, was exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, and/or if someone in your household has any possible COVID-19 symptoms
